I support high-achieving women who are burnt out, exhausted, and stuck in a cycle of chronic stress induced symptoms that just won’t shift.

I bring over 12 years of experience as a trauma-informed Occupational Therapist, with specialist training in nervous system regulation and mind-body medicine using the SIRPA approach.


This means I don’t just offer “support” — I offer practical, structured help to reduce symptoms and reclaim your life, routines and quality of life.

Through 1:1 sessions, I’ll help you:

  • Understand the mindbody connection driving symptoms like pain, fatigue, gut issues, migraines and other mindbody symptoms including persistent symptoms following acute infection.
  • Calm the nervous system and safely build an effective tool kit to reduce symptoms
  • Build new habits of true rest and regulation
  • Learn to listen to your body and learn to trust it again.

  • Rebuild your energy, identity and ability to thrive in any part of your life including return to work.

Format:

  • 1:1 sessions online or in person if South Yorkshire based
  • Up to 60  minutes per session
  • Regular support depending on your needs with summary emails post session and email/whats app contact in between sessions. 

My approach blends:

  • Nervous system education
  • Coaching to shift mindset beliefs
  • Evidence based neuroscience, behavioural and lifestyle strategies
  • A focus on increasing function, independence and quality of life
  • Compassionate accountability

Investment:

Single sessions: ÂŁ80

Package of 6 sessions: ÂŁ450

This includes:

  • Access to me via email and whats app in between sessions (response within 48 hours)
  • Email summary of session and recommendations made
  • Resources provided
